At LadyBug Soy Candles, we take pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our items, the following policy applies.


🔹 Final Sale Policy

Because our candles are personal-use products:

  • We do not accept returns on used or burned candles.
  • We do not accept returns based on scent preference.
  • Opened products are considered final sale.

All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.


🔹 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
  • Include your order number

Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for review.

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A refund at our sole discretion

🔹 Store Credit Policy

Approved store credit may be issued in the form of a digital code valid for future purchases.

Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed and will only be issued if deemed appropriate by LadyBug Soy Candles.


🔹 Temperature & Melt Disclaimer

Candles are temperature-sensitive products.

We are not responsible for melting caused by:

  • Extreme heat
  • Weather conditions
  • Delayed package retrieval
  • Packages left outdoors after delivery

Responsibility transfers to the customer once tracking confirms delivery.


🔹 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any issue prior to filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Fraudulent or unwarranted disputes will be contested with delivery confirmation and order documentation.
