LadyBug Soy Candles offers soy candles and related goods. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or change product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice.
We make every effort to display products accurately; however, colors and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings and handcrafted variations.
2. Orders & Payment
All payments are securely processed through third-party providers, including WooPayments and/or PayPal. We do not store full credit card information on our servers.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order
- Cancel orders due to suspected fraud
- Correct pricing errors
- Limit quantities per customer
If an order is canceled, you will receive a full refund.
3. Shipping
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Shipping times vary based on destination and carrier.
LadyBug Soy Candles is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Weather disruptions
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
